Fantasy Online 2 Account Deletion

Fantasy Online 2 is operated by Pixel Games LLC.

In the mobile app, open Settings, select Account, choose Request Account Deletion, and confirm both prompts.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address used for your account and request permanent account deletion.

What happens next

Requests are completed within 30 days. We permanently delete or anonymize the account, characters, gameplay progress, push-notification registrations, and other associated personal data.

Transaction records or other information required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations may be retained only for the required period. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, which must be canceled through the applicable store.
